Built for maximum cooling efficiency, this kit is ideal for upgraded turbo setups, spirited driving, and track-inspired use where oil temperature control matters most.
This kit has been real-world tested in hot, cold, and high-altitude environments to ensure stable oil temperatures during daily driving, aggressive pulls, and extended load situations.
We offer three thermostat options to suit different climates, driving styles, and build goals:
🔹 175°F Thermostat
Best for aggressive driving, track use, or consistently hot climates.
Allows oil to start cooling sooner and helps keep temps in check under sustained load.
🔹 180°F Thermostat (Recommended for most users)
Ideal for daily-driven cars in moderate to warm climates.
Balances proper oil warm-up with effective cooling once up to temperature.
🔹 No Thermostat
Best for dedicated track cars or high-power builds where maximum cooling is desired at all times.
Not recommended for cold climates or short-trip daily driving, as oil may take longer to reach optimal operating temperature.
Kit comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY!
Orders should ship 2-3 busses days after ordering . Expect up to 5 days lead time for custom AN10.
On the aluminum white block engines. failure is far more related to heat management than a specific horsepower number. As power increases, combustion temperatures rise, and if that heat is not properly controlled through adequate oil cooling, stable coolant flow, efficient intercooling, and proper tuning, the thin open-deck cylinder walls begin to expand and contract unevenly. Over time, repeated thermal cycling creates stress in the liners and deck surface, leading to warping and eventually cracking. While block shims help stabilize the liners under higher cylinder pressure, they cannot prevent damage caused by excessive or uneven heat. Proper temperature control is just as critical — if not more critical — than reinforcement alone, because it keeps the cylinder walls dimensionally stable and reduces the thermal stress that ultimately causes these blocks to fail.
