This is a completely refreshed cylinder head for the Volvo P1 T5 platform (C30, C70, S40, V50 T5). Built to OEM standards with upgraded reliability in mind, this unit is ready to bolt on and go.

• Bowl blending around valve seats

Core Inspection Requirement (Before Purchase):

If you plan to send in your existing cylinder head for refresh, please do not place an order yet. Contact us via email first to coordinate.

We ask that you ship your cylinder head to us for a free inspection so we can verify it is structurally repairable (no severe warping, cracking, or damage beyond service limits).

• If the cylinder head is approved, we will notify you and proceed with invoicing/payment for the service.
• If the cylinder head is not repairable, we will provide recommendations for replacement options.

This process ensures you don’t pay for a service on a core that cannot be properly restored.
