The Pro Xe Automotive TTRS / RS3 Hybrid Turbo is our responsive, street-focused upgrade for the DAZA platform, designed for drivers who want a substantial increase in power without giving up the fast spool and broad powerband that makes the factory setup so usable.

Built around a precision-machined factory-frame turbocharger, this setup is ideal for daily-driven street cars, time attack builds, road-course cars, and other applications where transient response and usable power are just as important as peak horsepower.

59/64mm Billet Compressor Wheel – 7+7 Blade Design
High-efficiency billet compressor designed to provide increased airflow and strong top-end power while retaining quick spool and excellent throttle response.

52/58mm 5+5 Blade Turbine Wheel
High-flow turbine design improves exhaust flow and reduces backpressure while maintaining the fast response needed for street and track use.

Fully Machined & Ported Housings
Compressor and turbine housings are precision machined and ported to maximize airflow through the factory-frame turbocharger.

Upgraded Bearing System & Seals
Upgraded internal components designed to withstand increased shaft speeds, boost pressures, and thermal load.

VSR Balanced Assembly
Each rotating assembly is VSR balanced for smooth operation and long-term reliability at elevated shaft speeds.

Performance

Capable of supporting 650+ HP with proper fueling, tuning, and supporting modifications.

Rather than focusing solely on maximum peak power, this configuration is designed around a broad, responsive powerband with quick spool, strong midrange torque, and improved top-end airflow over the factory turbocharger.

The smaller rotating assembly compared with our XL configuration makes this turbo especially well suited for:

For customers looking to push the absolute limits of the factory turbo frame, our XL Hybrid offers a larger max-effort configuration with increased top-end flow capability.

Fitment

Direct fit for:

• Audi RS3 2.5T DAZA
• Audi TT RS 2.5T DAZA
• Corresponding MQB 2.5T DAZA applications

No custom turbo mounting modifications are required for installation.

Notes

Professional tuning is required.

Upgraded fueling, intercooling, intake, exhaust, and other supporting modifications are strongly recommended when targeting higher power levels.

Actual power output will vary depending on fuel type, engine configuration, boost pressure, tuning, supporting modifications, elevation, and dyno calibration.

Available with or without a core.

Warranty

Includes a 12-month limited warranty covering the turbocharger assembly and workmanship.

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, oiling issues, contamination, foreign-object damage, improper tuning, or external engine-related failures.

Core Process

If you select the Core Required / Send-In Core option, your factory turbocharger will be used as the base for your hybrid build.

After placing your order, ship your complete factory turbocharger to:

Please include your name and order number inside the box so we can match the core to your order as soon as it arrives.

Once received, the turbo will be disassembled and inspected to verify that the housings and reusable components are in acceptable condition. The required machining, upgraded internal components, balancing, assembly, and final inspection will then be completed as part of the hybrid build.

Cores must be reasonably complete and rebuildable. Severely damaged, cracked, previously over-machined, or otherwise unusable housings may require replacement parts or additional charges. If we find anything that affects the build, we will contact you before proceeding.

No-Core Option

If you select a No Core Required option, we supply the required factory housings/components and you do not need to send your original turbocharger in.

Refundable Core Option

A refundable core option may be available on select products, but you must email us before ordering to arrange it.

If approved, the replacement hybrid turbocharger is shipped first with a refundable core charge added to the order. Once your original core is returned and inspected, the applicable core deposit is refunded to your original payment method.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the returned core must be complete, rebuildable, and match the turbocharger originally purchased.
