The Pro Xe P1 Adjustable Wastegate is designed for precise, consistent boost control on Volvo P1 performance platforms and similar K04 turbo applications.

Unlike many aftermarket adjustable wastegates that rely on thin or flexible brackets, the Pro Xe wastegate is built around a more rigid bracket design to better withstand the added force of stiffer spring pressures. This helps reduce bracket flex, improve boost consistency, and give the tune a more stable mechanical base to work from.

Upgrading your wastegate does not instantly add horsepower on its own, but it can make a drastic difference in how the power comes in. A stronger, more consistent gate can improve spool time, boost response, and overall powerband behavior by allowing the turbo to reach its target boost with less commanded wastegate duty cycle. Instead of the boost control system fighting a weak or inconsistent gate, the turbo has a more controlled mechanical reference to work from.

With adjustable base spring pressure options, this wastegate allows you to fine-tune your setup to match your turbo, boost controller, and tuning strategy. Dual-Port Ready for Advanced Boost Control

Every Pro Xe Adjustable Wastegate includes an additional boost port fitting, allowing the actuator to be configured as either a traditional single-port setup or a dual-port setup. For most applications, we recommend using the top port only. However, for high-performance builds utilizing a properly tuned 4-port MAC boost control solenoid, the second port can be used to provide increased boost control authority, faster response, and improved boost stability at higher power levels.
