Compressor Wheel:

The PX-4T4-V1 uses an upgraded 11-blade style billet compressor wheel. This wheel design was chosen for strong response, quick transient boost, and improved low-to-midrange power delivery. Compared to more peak-flow-focused compressor designs, the 11-blade style compressor helps keep the turbo responsive and street-friendly while still offering a major increase in airflow over the factory compressor wheel.

Turbine Wheel:

On the turbine side, the PX-4T4-V1 uses an upgraded cutback 12-blade turbine wheel. This allows significantly more exhaust flow than the stock turbine while helping maintain similar spool characteristics. The cutback design improves flow through the turbine side, reducing restriction while keeping the turbo quick to respond.

For customers chasing maximum peak horsepower and top-end airflow, we recommend our PX-4T4-V2. For customers who want a responsive street turbo with excellent low-end and midrange performance, the PX-4T4-V1 is the preferred option.

Note:

Custom tuning and supporting modifications are required. Upgraded intercooling, downpipe/exhaust, intake, fueling, ignition components, and a healthy engine are strongly recommended. This turbocharger is not intended to be installed without the correct supporting modifications and calibration.

CORE INSPECTION POLICY

Customers wishing to have their existing turbocharger rebuilt or upgraded must contact Pro Xe Automotive before placing an order.

All customer-supplied turbochargers are inspected prior to approval for rebuilding or upgrading. This ensures the housings and core components meet our standards for restoration, reliability, and performance use.

For customers purchasing a hybrid turbocharger and sending their core in after receiving their unit, the same inspection procedure applies. Once we receive the returned core, it will be inspected to confirm it meets our core requirements. If approved, the applicable core refund will be issued.

When you are ready to send your core back, Pro Xe Automotive will provide a return shipping label.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Improper installation
• Oil starvation or contamination
• Foreign object damage
• Improper tuning
• Overspeed or overboost conditions
• Third-party modifications or repairs

If a warrantable defect is confirmed, Pro Xe Automotive will repair or replace the turbocharger at our discretion.
