The Pro Xe Automotive XL Hybrid Turbo is our max-effort stock-frame turbo solution for the Audi DAZA platform, developed for customers looking to push the factory turbo architecture as far as possible while retaining direct-fit installation and responsive street manners.

Built around a heavily reworked factory-frame assembly, the XL combines an oversized billet compressor, high-flow 9-blade turbine, extensive housing machining, and upgraded internal components to maximize airflow and reduce restriction at higher power levels.

64/87mm Billet Compressor Wheel – 7+7 Blade Design
Large-frame billet compressor engineered for increased airflow capacity and strong high-RPM power delivery.

58/67mm 9-Blade High-Flow Turbine Wheel
Our 9-blade turbine design reduces exhaust-side restriction and improves high-RPM flow compared with the factory turbine configuration, allowing the turbo to carry power harder through the upper RPM range.

Fully Machined & Ported Compressor and Turbine Housings
Both housings are extensively machined and ported to accommodate the larger rotating assembly and improve overall airflow through the factory-frame package.

Upgraded Bearing System & Seals
Upgraded internal components designed to withstand the increased shaft speeds, boost pressure, and thermal load associated with high-output DAZA applications.

VSR Balanced Assembly
Each rotating assembly is VSR balanced to ensure smooth operation and reliability at high shaft speeds.

Performance

The XL is our maximum-effort hybrid turbo solution for the DAZA engine, intended for builds targeting the upper limits of the factory turbo frame.

Power capability: approximately 750–800+ HP with the proper combination of fueling, tuning, intercooling, exhaust, and supporting modifications.

Compared with our standard hybrid configuration, the XL places a greater emphasis on top-end airflow and reduced turbine-side restriction while still maintaining strong transient response and street drivability.

This turbo is best suited for customers looking to extract maximum performance from a direct-fit stock-frame setup without moving to a full-frame turbo system.

Fitment

Direct fit for:

• Audi RS3 2.5T DAZA
• Audi TT RS 2.5T DAZA
• MQB 2.5T applications using the corresponding factory turbo configuration

Designed as a direct replacement with no custom turbo mounting modifications required.

Notes

Professional ECU/TCU calibration is required.

Upgraded fueling, intercooling, intake, exhaust, and other supporting modifications are strongly recommended when operating the turbo near its maximum power capability.

Actual power output will vary depending on fuel type, engine configuration, boost pressure, tuning strategy, supporting modifications, elevation, and dyno calibration.

Available with or without a core.

Warranty

Includes a 12-month limited warranty covering the turbocharger assembly and workmanship.

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, oil contamination or starvation, foreign-object damage, improper tuning, overspeed, or other external engine-related failures.
