Each turbocharger is carefully disassembled, inspected, machined, upgraded, balanced, and assembled in-house. The rotating assembly is upgraded with an oversized billet aluminum 6+6 compressor wheel and a cutback 9-blade turbine wheel to increase airflow capability, improve efficiency, and support stronger power delivery across the rev range. The factory housings are also optimized to reduce restriction and improve airflow through the compressor and turbine sides.
